The challenge

Introducing embodied soft power. Helping women speak truth to power and step into leadership with confidence through the adoption of principles from the Japanese Martial Art of Aikido.

THE GOALS
In a time of increasing polarisation and adversarial communications, how do we transmit power in a way that brings people on side? After a despairing statement from a friend on social media, I set about integrating elements from my Aikido practice into my Non-Violent Communication training work with women.
