The challenge

I wanted to help people to feel less afraid of conflict. I put together a new ontology for conflict – The Conflict Patterns.

I was invited to run an introductory workshop on The Conflict Patterns at the Social Tools 2019 conference in Helsinki.

I wanted to help people understand conflict at a deeper level, integrating somatic techniques and principles with insights and practices of aikido and other world-class conflict resolution techniques.
